Practice will give you an experience of the depth of your soul and true identity. This direct experience of your higher self builds a platform of strength, radiance, and security on which to build your life.

What is Kundalini Meditation?

Meditation in Kundalini Yoga contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, and focus.

Why is essential to meditate daily?

Just like a daily shower cleans your body, a daily meditation cleans your mind, to help you focus, avoid mistakes and become more kind and prayerful. It helps you clear your subconscious.

Meditation is a time to connect with your breath, a time to be present to the life force in your body, a time to re-establish your own rhythm, a time to talk to your higher self, a time to be in love with your unique life. Meditation is a time to be with yourself.

Why 40 days commitment?

“Your habits define you.”

The problems in life come from our habits. Our actions come from our habits.

40 days: Is the time needed  to break negative habits and pattern that block you from the expansion possible.

What if I miss one day?

This is not optimal, but it is not the end of the world. If this is your very first meditation, follow the rule and start counting again from day one.

Discipline and commitment are required for spiritual growth. It takes time to change energetic patterns and habits and to install new ones. But missing a day does not discount the effect of the previous days.

Chiara, Tej Amrita Kaur is a student and teacher of the yogic lineage ‘Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan’ citizen of the world, based in between Bali, Spain and Italy from where she comes from.

Trained at RA MA Institute in Palma de Mallorca she found her Dharmic Path through Kundalini Yoga after more than a decade dedicated to her personal growth and studying other yogic and esoteric lineages such as Traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranic Energy Healing and Yoga Nidra of which she also holds a teacher’s certificates.

Life is her greatest teacher, her pioneristic way of living brought her to spend more than 7 years in Cambodia where she learnt from their genuine way of living how to deeply appreciate the essence of Life and enjoy it fully.

She is entirely committed to create and hold spaces for healing and elevation with her presence, devoted heart and though the technology of Kundalini Yoga and her life experiences she can support people's personal and spiritual growth.
